Pull Type Snowblowers - Performance Series
For snow removal contractors and rural property owners, the Performance Series pull type snowblower is a head-turner that emphasizes safety, comfort and fast, efficient snow clearing. The new Performance Series Pull Type Snowblower puts the operator ahead of the action by inverting the traditional tractor PTO powered snowblower design. With the auger and impeller facing forward, you can now safely clear snow while driving your tractor facing the way it was meant to be driven. With a range of models for 25 to 125 horsepower tractors, Performance Series models feature a standard 5-blade impeller in the raised chamber.
Features:
• High Tensile Steel Flighting: To deliver even the heaviest wet snow to the awaiting fan, Meteor Snow Blowers use machine formed hand welded augers made with high tensile steel ribbon flighting to provide strength and durability for years to come.
• Standard Manual Chute Deflector (all): All Meteor Snow Blowers come with a manual pin style deflector allowing a true set it and forget approach to blowing snow.
• Multi-hinged Deflector (SB68P/T – SB97P/T): The optional multi-hinged deflector is available for most models and allows increased precision in where snow is blown allowing snow to be placed closer to the blower or into a truck to be hauled away.
• Hydraulic Deflector: Hydraulic deflectors control the distance and arc of the thrown snow and are an available option on all models
• Standard Manual Chute Rotator (SB54PT & SB60PT): Manual rotators are standard on SB48, SB54, and SB60 single auger models and can be optionally outfitted on most models where operators can safely reach the adjustment handle.
• Hydraulic Rotator: The optional hydraulic rotator is the ideal upgrade for tractors with cabs or for contractors/property managers needing to make frequent adjustments. Hydraulic rotators are standard equipment on SB97D, SB108D, and SB120D models.
• Electric Rotator: When hydraulic power isn't available the 12V electric rotator provides a hands off approach to chute rotation.
• Tivar Wear Parts: Tivar is a wear resistant plastic that replaces steel cutting edges and bolts onto the skid shoes. Optional on Pull Type models, the tivar is gentler when clearing, ideal for interlocking brick and decorative stone.
